just put a bandage over your navel so the baby cant see out-lol. no movie will hurt your unborn child.

I understand your question. When I watch scary movies all of my muscles tense up. And I wondered if it effected (not harmed) my baby. As far as being tense and scared, evlevated heart rate, jumping and so forth, etc. You will be fine. Your baby can endure allot so no worries. Just stay away from roller coasters. =)
Go and be scared.

of course... it's only a movie!!!
just let the whole pregnancy thing ride..... if you worry if every little thing is going to hurt the baby YOU are gonna hurt it by stressing so much over it!!!!
there are somethings that are obvious to avoid... roller coasters.... alcohol.... you know.... but a scary movie here and there will be just fine!!
