I guess it was the announcement that Kurt Angle signed a TNA contract. I can still hear his words: "It's real, it's damn real!!!", (and I'm still a bit deaf because the fans screamed that loud ;-)).

I will also say the moment they announced Angle was signed by TNA is the number 1 moment. No one knew it was coming, the arena erupted, but above all that, I think that was the defining moment that TNA made a statement with, saying "We are the real deal, and we are now big league." Many people saw, and some still do see TNA as not on WWE's level, but this moment was a MAJOR step toward TNA becoming a player, signing one of the most well known stars in wrestling.

If you are talking about the This is TNA special on Monday night, it was tied between two events.
Firstly, Kurt Angle's bebut in TNA.(That was kind of predictable.)
Secondly, TNA's debut on Spike TV.
These two moments were tied for the number one spot.

from the "this is TNA" special?
It was a tie. Angle was one of them.
I think the other was their spike tv deal.
That was a great special. Those matches were sick.
My favorite TNA moment was that one month title run for Rhino. He really deserved it.
