Take vitamins and exercise. Bet you are saying how can you exercise if you have no energy RIght? Well, push yourself to go on even a short walk during your lunch break or after work, even before work would be great. Are you feeling depressed or anything? When all else fails hit Starbucks!

You could have a mineral defiency. Start taking a good multi-vitamin, You just might perk up. Also, try having protein at breakfast; it stays with you longer than a carbo breakfast. Carbs get you going but they also tend to make you crash around mid day. So, trade your bagel or muffin for a ham and cheese breakfast taco.

maybe some coffee, or soda. I get my energy from sugar and chocolate.
maybe youre just one of those people who needs more than 7-8 hrs of sleep?

If you feel this way after lunch, then it could be what you are eating for lunch, eat salads, they won't bog you down and make you sleepy like fatty foods do. Try exercising at least every other day, it'll make you feel better.

or maybe you're just bored with your work or during the day, try to do something entertaining or exciting. That should keep you awake or try chewing energy gum!

you may be dehydrated..lack of energy and sluggishness is one of the first symptoms....have a physical to be sure your not anemic or have hypothyroid issues
