YES. im 4'11 and the snow came almost up to my knees when i was trying to brush my car off this morning. (Detroit Michigan)

I'm in Canada too but on the west coast. It has been trying to snow but so far only raining. The mountains are full of snow though. We are only 100 miles north east of Vancouver. So our weather is pretty much the same as there.
