Pan's Labryinth was pretty good. I liked it a lot and it got a lot of good reviews as well..a little dark in some parts though.

Movies have really sucked @ss for the past several months. Aside from Letters from Iwo Jima, I haven't seen anything really good for about 6 months or more. Looking forward to Ghost Rider this weekend, and then 300 next month. I think the movie scene will start to pick up this spring.

The last good movie I saw in theaters was Pan's Labyrinth. That movie was marvelous.

It pains me to say it, but "Music and Lyrics" is getting surprisingly strong reviews.

Other possibilities -- Blood Diamond, Pan's Labrynth, Letters From Iwo Jima.

Avoid Hannibal Rising if you can.

The Holiday is really good! I enjoyed Step Up, but my friends say it's not worth watching. I still think it's good, prefferably Holiday.
