what you do is go to pcworld and they will give you the ins and outs of buying a computer and what to look for. Cnet has some terrific stuff too. Bookmark both though.

I googled the computer so I guess you are from Ireland. I could not find it on Nextag.com a price checker. But for American products though. It seems to be OK. You got the most important thing which is dual core. But read the pcworld articles about buying computers and stuff. Then maybe you can get one with core 2 dual, the next generation above dual core. In a way, it is like buying the next improved version. Now the trick is to get one with capabilities of 4 Gb. That kind of computer may ship out with 512 Mb or 1 Gb. In the US, I find that when you want the extra memory, you pay the retail price for it. So this way you can get the OPTION, and upgrade 1 GB at a time. For example, I saw a price for the computer at 599 pounds. Now with .52 English pound to $1 US, it runs about $100 US or 52 pounds for ! GB memory module. So to get the 4 Gb upgrade might run about 755 pounds. So which computer is easier to buy. The lower price one of course with options. Anyway, read the pcworld articles and that way you will not have to ask questions on here for a computer that is not bought in the US. I laugh cuz sometimes I google products and find the product is a foreign product yet people give their opinions of them. LOL Well hope this helps.
