I'm not saying he did it, just all the terrorist attacks are blamed on the president.

Terrorists caused 9/11 but President Bush did nothing to stop it even though they had been given the heads up- the PDB that was ignored.
In the mind of the right wing nut jobs it will always be Clinton's fault for not one but both bombings, even though the 1st attack happened when Clinton had been on the job only 36 days- 2/26/93 while the 2nd one happened after Bush was in office 235 days.-9/11/2001
Clinton vacation days prior to the 1st attack-0
Bush vacation days prior to the 2nd attack-96 days
National Security Advisor at the time, Condoleeza Rice had been scheduled to give a speech that day on national security which did not have any mention of Al Qaeda etc which the PDB warned about. It was to talk about missile defense something that cannot respond to a suitcase bomb or to IEDs. Great priorities

No they didn't. Small groups of Black Ops in the Government do. The presidents are just puppets to the NWO. They pull the strings, the presidents just do what they're told. If they oppose they're gone(assinated). I mean for God's sake, the president was told that the buildings were hit in a grade school in Florida and he just sat there. Anybody with a little IQ would know to get the President out of there. He put all those children in a great state of danger if we were actually being attacked from a foreign country.
Clinton's not responsible, it again is the same ones responsible for the demolitions of the WTC. Hell there's footage of the first failed attack on the WTC of '93 that shows CIA agents all up in there. They hired a guy for 1million dollars to build a bomb and blow up the WTC. He wasn't that vicious. That's why the casuality count was a lot lower than expected. He was of course of middle eastern decent.

Absurd suggestion! How ignorant can you be... No true American would ever directly or indirectly cause this nation so much pain and suffering. But according to Ex-President Clinton, it is all our faults -- do we really want another Clinton in the White House?
However if you would say the CIA and the other International Security Agencies dropped the ball warning us of the eminent danger, that I would agree with you.
I am not in favor of Bush's position on the war, nor his poor handling of National Security, but can't believe anyone would suggest he caused 9/11!

President Bush did not cause 9/11, Clinton did not cause the bombing in '93. Will you please get over all this ridiculous posting. You are so uninformed. Spend more time reading and educating yourselves instead of asking absolutely stupid questions. The entire country will be better off if the citizens were more informed, and educated. It would be great if our kids knew where the states are, who is our neighbor to the north, etc. Learn

why do u think that the president is the key player in all the US decisions? in many cases the president is just a puppet in the hands of some organizations...and sometimes even the president is not a puppet....but hes just too naive to know whats goin behind his back...u dont have to know whos behind all this suicidal attacks,u just need know WHY, why does this attacks keep on happenin ? its because of the US policy and actions towards other nations..

A president of any country has to accept or reject a false flag operation, history shows that. But politicians are pawns who are bought and paid for by rich bankers and other rich oil company tycoons. They are the real terrorists. So to answer your question its yes and no, no and yes.
