it had sort of thick fishing wire connected and a small pastic hoop for your finger to go in and you could do tricks with it.it was quite boring lol but would love to find one.

I had one of those. I really wanted it for ages, then when I got it, it was rubbish.
I can't even find one on ebay, they must be super rare now.
