raise/raze. Raise means to build up and raze means to tear down, which makes them antonyms (words that mean the opposite of each other) and homonyms (words that sound the same but are spelled differently).

According to the Wikipedia page, there are several different kinds of words called homonyms, those that are identical except for meaning, those that are spelled differently but sound the same, so I would suggest that you read that page for a better explanation than I can offer you.
As for antonyms, the word 'there' is an antonym to 'here' and pronounced the same as 'their' and ' they're'. 'Down' is an antonym to 'up' and spelled and pronounced the same as 'down', a bird's feathers.
The closest thing that I know of to a word that is both an antonym and a homonym to the same word (basically itself), thus spelled and pronounced the same and with two opposite meanings is 'cleave', to cut in two or separate, and 'to cling to something'.

There are several of them. Wikipedia calls them a "contranym", meaning a word which has a homonym (another word pronounced the same, and sometimes even spelled the same) which is an antonym (has the opposite meaning).
Most of their examples are wrong, being just the same word used in two opposite senses. For example, they give "dust" meaning to put dust onto (dust a cake with sugar) or to take dust off (dust the furniture), and "screen" meaning to hide (pull a screen in front of) or to display (screen a movie).
This may not be true for a few of them such as "fast" (stuck fast, or moving fast) and "cleave" (archaic cleave together, or cleave shingles or firewood). Check the web page, and use a good etymological dictionary to decide whether each example is two meanings of the same word, or truly two different words which have settled on the same spelling.

Hmm. maybe fast? The antonym of fast (run fast) could be fast (stood fast).. and it's a homonym as there's 2 different meanings but spelled the same.

Perhaps raise and raze....they sound alike and one means to build up and the other means to tear down.
"The barn we raised yesterday was razed last night."
