I'm 5mts with no.1, a boy, and both my partner and I HATE each others first pics on names. I'm looking for the most brutal "lets make fun of it" or "makes me think of" comments about the list which we somewhat agree on. I'm not really looking for other name suggestions, thanks. The names are...

Vincent
Fraser
Daegan
Ronan
Claxton
Everett
Gianni
Lindon
Damarius

Don't worry, you won't offend me.

Well as for family names, I think they're worse:

George
Garfield
Baxter
Chester
Stanley (my father as asked NOT to use his name)
Hubert

Or the are all bible names, we're not christian and don't want them.

Vincent and Fraser are last names in the family going back a little bit, that was the attempt at "family ties".

Damarius is latin, I didn't even see it as a ghetto name, its related to Mars.

Keep up the good work, keep it coming.

Oh well, I guess left out Chinook Walks with Wolves (as the english translation) and Cloud Buffalo Runner as family names as well... and I completely REFUSE to have any child I give birth to be John William the 3rd. I could make fun of "John" for days!

Arghhhhh.....sorry! Here's what those names bring to mind......

Vincent = My cousin Vinny, Short, fat and bald!
Fraser = Ginger-haired, smells like pee!
Daegan = Member of the Irish Republican Army LOL
Ronan = Assassin
Claxton = NO......Have you tried saying it out loud?
Everett = Unless your last name is Farquart-Smith and your son is going to attending Eton school for boys...NO!
Gianni = Gigilo LOL
Lindon = The boy who takes ballet!
Damarius = As in Damarius Bilbo? which brings to mind Bilbo Baggins the Hobbit.....need I say more LOL

If I had to choose one, I'd go with Ronan.....

Hope you don't take offense to my comments, it's all in good humour :)

Vincent: This one is nice, but be SURE to use it in its ENTIRETY. You don't want your precious son to ever get called "Vince" or "Vinnie," especially if you're Italian or Sicilian or live anywhere near Long Island.

Fraser: I like this. Because of the Kelsey Grammer character, I'd think of a "Fraser" as being sensitive, cultured, and intelligent. And you're using the British spelling, which is even better.

Daegan: Sounds like a the Bad Klingon of the Week on "Star Trek."

Ronan: Wasn't that a Robert de Niro movie? Seriously, this one will only work if you're extremely ethnic Irish, otherwise it's kind of pretentious.

Claxton: A little Claxton will spend his entire life fending off "klaxon" jokes. When I look at this name, I automatically think the kid is going to be a noisy, shrieky little hellion.

Everett: Another nice, intelligent name. His guy friends could call him "Ev," and it'll look dignified on a diploma.

Gianni: Very ethnic Italian. It'll work if you have an Italian surname, but Gianni might look a little odd if your last name is something like Wachtenheimer. Also sounds a little bit like "Annie," which mean little boys will use to nasty advantage on the playground.

Lindon: Sounds too much like Linda. I'd call him "Linden," like the name of the tree, if you really like this one.

Damarius: Sounds like a city in the Middle East. I'd drop the ghetto-fabulous "Da-" prefix and just call him Marius, which is a very dignified Latin and French name.

Vincent makes me think of Vincent D'Onofrio, the idiot savant on Law &Order CI. Fraser-Fraiser Crane. Daegan-I'm not even sure what that is??? Ronan- Ronin, some movie Robert De Niro is in. Claxton-Clavicle. Everett-Chris Everett Lloyd. Gianni-resembles Gia, girlie. Lindon- Hal Linden, f/ Barney Miller. Damarius- reminds me of Daria, cartoon on MTV. Not really nicknames that can harm a child but people in the media w/ same or similar names. Hope this helps. ;p

Okay I think all the names personally are not the best ones or something I would ever name a child. I havent even heard of half of them... I think Vincent is a really nice name and would be my best choice out of all the names. Fraiser reminds me of the show Cheers or one of the actors on that show, and it was really funny but sounds like more of a last name then a first name. Daegan sounds something like a ghetto or street name, I'm not sure that would be the best choice, and Ronan, kind of sounds like your saying go run an do something so that seems a bit harsh for a child. Claxton I would recommend to never use that name as its horrible in my opinion. I have never heard of it but all these names are extremely unique.. Everett, I thought would be a girls name maybe, Gianni I have never heard of and Lindon sounds like London bridge is falling down, and etc, etc. Damarius sounds like a galactic name and its not bad but my pick is Vincent.

Vincent: Sorry I like this one
Fraser: Mmmm too Television.
Daegan: Daycare!
Ronan: Um LOTR all way baby. Maybe Rowan instead? That is just a tree. Or Ronin that was pretty good movie.
Claxton --- Yeah definitely B-Ball or a Bell Ringer
Everett -- Ok except Chris Connection. I would always think of Tennis. Everett/Ferret
Gianni -- Just stay with Johnny its the same name and does not sound like someone shot by gay serial killer
Lindon --No Way. Linty Boy. Can't spell London?
Damarius -- Second most B-Ball. d-marius is delirious

Oh my. All of these make me feel like I'm at a Basketball game!

Really?? What are you trying to do to your kid??? I understand that you want an original name, because everyone does, but where did you get some of these??? It sounds like most of them came from celebs/ and or history, In which case you need to ask yourself... how much would my kid appreciate being teased all of his life because I named him "Claxton!!!!!" Honestly it sounds like and STD!! You know "the clap..." If some of these are family names, then maybe you can justify them, thats understandable.

The only ones that I would keep on the table, if you really love them that much would be...
Vincent
Daegan
and Everett.

Honestly, with the other ones, the first thing I think about is...

Fraser..... Fraser Crane, the radio shrink on TV?? Who names their kid that??

Ronan... isn't that some Greek King, or God?? Not sure, but it sounds blatently obvious that you are copying "Rowan," from whats her face...

Claxton- you know what I think...

Lindon... Like Lindon B. Johnson???

Gianni?? Thats an ethnic name, I'm pretty sure thats Italian, if you are not, it would be wierd!!!!!

I don't know about the last one, but remember that this is 2007, it's like naming a little girl, "Flo," or "Bernice..." I've never responded to one of these questions before, so if I am, it means that I am compassionate enough to stop you from ruining your sons life. You may think that's going a little too far, but think about how bid of a deal it is for a kid to fit in these days, especially with a name like "Claxton!"

Hope that didn't hurt too bad... good luck!!

Daegan - pagan
Ronan - kids will call him Moanin' ronan
Claxton - horrible. sounds like somethig from Star Trek
Everett - again, gay movie character. will be beat up every day
Gianni - eh, what's with all of the feminine names?
Lindon - johnson?
Damarius - totally ghetto

The hair is not just a part of your body and it is a symbol of beauty, status and health. It is important for you to take proper care of your health in order to prevent early hair loss. Learn here https://tr.im/0JWvY

It is not a very serious problem and with a little bit of caution you will be able to prevent further hair loss.

There are certain uncontrollable factors like pregnancy conditions or certain illness or genetic factors that will result in hair loss. But, this does not mean that you cannot do something about your hair loss.

Damarius, Daegan, and Claxton are all god-awful. Lay off the meth.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Klaxon

'Claxton'! The poor kid...

Lindon was obviously the product of illiterate parents. Ditto 'Damarius,' which suggests 'Damascus.'

Gianni -- very classy! Sort of like the ghetto name 'Nautica,' as seen in this book:
http://www.usatoday.com/life/books/reviews/2003-02-05-family_x.htm

Everett's a hick. Just because your great-grandpappy, gran'paw, and uncle daddy were 'Everett' doesn't make it mandatory to pass it on.

Any 'Vincent' _deserves_ to lose an ear to a prostitute.

Fraser's a right-wing jerk. http://www.fraserinstitute.ca/

Ronan -- ooh, mummy luvs her boy bands, eh? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ronan_Keating

Seriously, lady -- your names suck.
