somebody offer me to heir a big fund, he seems for me as serious man. but i'm affraid what can i do( plz help) has someone tried or get this event so he can advice me

Who is this someone? Do you know him, personally? Don't fall for the scam that someone needs to name an heir, etc. These are all scams. The only one who will be richer is the scammer.

over in internet? Likely a scam... especially if you are asked to send some money to get the process started.... DON'T!!!
I have had such offers a few times over the last 5 years... and told them to take the 'fee' out of the money. That gets rid of them!

If it sounds to good to be true .....let it go !!!
I was send an invitation to set up a bank account and receive a lot of money , coming from Nigeria , they said the money was never claimed ., etc etc ............I trow it in the trash .
Because ....that's how they get you !!!
Don't fall for it buddy !
