Simply insult the peaceful and tolerant religion of islam in a very public way (i.e. try to make it on the news) and you're wish should soon be granted.
By the way, have you noticed no fatwas have been issued against Bin Laden or other extremists despite apperently distorting the truth of islam. I wonder why that is.

If you really want to get a 'Fatwa' declared for you then you must do 'either or' or all of the below:-
a) directly question The Prophet Mohammed's (pbuh) sanity and publish it
b) represent Allah or The Prophet Mohammed (pbuh) in pictorial form and publish it particularly for mockery or insult
c) burn or desecrate Koranic works and publish it
d) preach any of the above, preach the insanity of Mohammed (pbuh), or preach a mockery of Islam during prayer
e) distort the teachings of Islam for violence and not peace when it is not a violent religion but one that's very name means peace as has Osama Bin'Ladan

Very publicly join Islam and then very publicly leave it. Apostaty (renouncing faith) is a one way ticket to a death-sentence fatwa as demanded by Islamic fiqh.
Or just draw and publish an unflattering cartoon of Mohammed, that seems to work.
Either way you can rely on the "Religion of Peace" for an exciting ride.
