A Year in Slovakia?

Does anybody remember this show from 2005? I think it was called that or something like it. It was about a couple who went out there to buy a hotel and do it up and it followed their progress. She was a bit older than him (her being about 54-5). She was a bit flighty but confident and he just worried about the money all the time. They made for quite a funny combination. I think they were called Peter and Anne (but that might be wrong).

Anybody remember it? And isn't there supposed to be a follow up year at some point?
