When I was searching about rental apartments by internet, I found some was called (condo) and others was called (rental), is there any difference?

A condo is a purchase type arrangement. They are basically apartments that have been built or converted to a single owner per unit.

Condos are much much more expensive. You have ownership rights and such but basically it's a really really expensive apartment.
