If a democrat is elected?
Well, I see a socialist Country where only one voice is heard, the liberal voice. I see unborn babies killed more than ever, gay marriages spreading across the country. I see taxes going up, more illegal immigrants in this country than anyone of us can comprehend. I see a dead American system and God forced out even more than ever. I see political correctness at it's worst and worst of all I see more terrorists in our Country and attacks because the liberals have let America's guard down and tried to appease to evil terrorists.
The libs just don't get it.

We will be finding ourselves politically as a nation. The search for truth will continue about the war, Bush, and just in general our system. People will question government more and more unless the general population feels that Bush was the root of it all then everyone will ease into a comfort zone again and then anyone can step into office. I don't see the trust in our leaders being rebuilt so easily and it may take years for everyone to have a feeling of being normal.
The future can be any sort of dream and mainly depends on the focus of the people.

The same place only by the we will be done in Iraq. Hopefully when Bush is not Prsient anymore, he'll go back to Texas and get elected as a Congressman, get majority of the house and become Speaker! Yeah Baby!

i think the US will still be in iraq and afghanistan, and the next president will start sayin that we should stop terror in syria or lebanon...we should save the ppl, spread democracy...bla bla bla...it will never stop until the economy is screwed up badly and there is no ppl left to kill, or liberate then kill....

might want to reword your question - to me, "our country" is Canada...
