Well....just by your phrasing of the question you are showing your age......

Believe it or not....the is a Religious Holiday!!!

When I was growing up is was ALWAYS ~ St. Valentine's Day, but some where over the past years "they" have managed to dropped the Saint part and gone strait to commercial part.....

Pretty much like that "Santa" thing....

And ~ No, I don't celebrate it!!!!

its not really about spending anything... me and my girlfriend do most things together without spending a dime (and we have money if we wanted to). So id say valentines day is more of being together than spending money on gifts. Just show affection

Indifferent -- always have been. My husband and I aren't doing anything special for it. No cards, dinner, nothing. And REALLY, I'm just fine with that. He told me he loved me and that he's happy and I will remember that a whole lot more than any "thing" he could have bought.

I sort of ignore it. I would much rather someone "recognize" simply because they thought of it...not because they felt obligated due to some sort of "holiday."

I think it's a waste of time and causes unnecessary stress. Expectations are too high.
