long story short - used to live in russia and there was this boy at school who Really liked me. then i left to move to england and didnt get the chance to tell him.
when i went back for a holiday he ignored me COMPLETELY (i think coz i broke his heart).
about a month ago i texted him out of the blue, to which he was quite surprised, but eventually he started talking to me again.

however, having not seen him in so long, i miss him and am starting to like him. as today is valentines day, i was thinking whether to wish him a nice valentines day or not, but i dunno how he'll react - im scared he will ignore me again coz he doesnt want to get hurt again. (he hasnt talked to me about how he feels)

should i just leave it? or is there a way i can wish him a nice valentines day in a friendly way so he doesnt think im a total freak or that im stalking him

i dunno if he's interested - as i said before he ignored me for 4 years (but thats what boys do if they like a girl, heh?)

so if he's over me, im scared of making myself a total idiot and risking our tiny friendship

You are a very caring person. I think that you should tell him. And don't ask him to be your valentine, or anything like that. Wishing him a happy Valentine's Day will show how much you care for him. And even though it may seem like a small move to you, it will mean a lot to him. Best of luck!

Where's the harm in wishing him a Happy Valentine's Day? Just do it! You only live once girl.

If you like him send him a valentines message, this should open him up to how you feel and provide you with information about how he feels in his reply/no reply.

If you dont you will always be asking yourself this question. So send the message and get the answer and from that answer you will know which direction to go.

Yes, you should wish him a Happy Valentines. Why walk around with regret when you could be doing exactly what you want?

Just send him a txt saying happy valentines day. Keep it simple then it won't look like your overdoing it, hopefully you'll get a nice txt back

Lifes too short - have what you want or can afford, and if you cant, then f**k it - have it anyway!!

Never hang around - someone else will take what you want.
