I say just walk out without any warning and have the rest of the day off. Then when the new day comes around just say a random excuse like you were sick, something came up, or any of the other countless ones that were mentioned on here. Just hope they buy it and that you don't get into any trouble with the school or your parents(especially with school) or boss(for work cases)

I have a really bad case of gas and my coworkers are all about to pass out.
I need to go home to change because I wet my pants when I sneezed and now I'm too embarrassed to come back to work.
I have a bad case of diarrhea and didn't make it to the bathroom in time. I should probably go change and stay home until it passes.
I got lost coming back from my lunch hour, and now it's too late for me to get back in there, so I'll see you tomorrow.
I'm having temporary blindness ... I can't see myself coming in today.
Or just not show up. When they call you say: What day is this? Oh man, I thought it was Sunday.
Don't show up. When they call you say: What time is it? My daughter must have changed the clocks back an hour not realizing that I already had done it. (This only works one day out of the year).

An excuse for school, I would say illness of anykind you can think of, make sure you add on a fever w/that. An excuse for work you need a doctors excuse, and make up anything and have your doctor give you that note, make sure it's stress related...
