they dont, you should put it down. come on are you that particular? but hey it'll teach ya to look before you squat.
naw dude think about it, would you want someone you cared about sitting in drips? that's why you raise the seat. now the same question again.
put the thing down and close the lid to! it'll keep the seat warm.

that's a different perspespective---i honestly never thought of it that way....but what's really important is why do men never put the tp roll on the holder, and if you're lucky enough to meet one who does they put it on backwards (tissue coming off roll from back and underneath, not the off the top and in the front)?
