I HAVE THE HOME HUB..LOTS OF PROBS. TODAY I FINALLY MANAGED TO SOLVE IT BY PUTTING THE LEAD OF MY NORMAL PHONE INTO THE HUB...I WOULD SUGGEST YOU CONTACT BT.THEY ARE SENDING ME A NEW PHONE BUT TO BE HONEST FOR THE PRICE YOU PAY I DONT THINK IT GOOD VALUE.
