We exist in Time and space. Everything is relative. A train is only going fast depending on your relative position. If you are relaxing somewhere quiet one is merely enjoying the moment. If you are living in New York chasing a career, raising a family and trying to fight the crowds I think it's a different perspective in relative terms.

I think we are chasing time
Time is still the same as it was a hundred years ago, a minute is not any shorter or longer, we just rush everything so that a minute feels so much shorter
Everything in life has to be more quicker than before, we get faster cars, faster internet, faster computer etc
In the end we are the ones that is chasing time

I think we are being chased. We try to do so much in one day and we have to work around time to do what we want. We are always following plans and schuduels makeing sure we can do this or that. Since we can not stop or speed up time we have to work with it, causeing us to sacrifice certain events or such to do other things.

In my opinion, we do not chase time. We go with it.

Neither. We are moving along with time. We started moving the day we were born. Time had already began but we got on the train. Some think we get off when we reach our mortal death. Others think we just change trains and the trip continues forever.

Chasing time...you can't see it...you know it's there...there is no escaping the effects.

it depends on you.....if u start chasing time, the time starts to run away from you, on the other hand, if you start running away from time, it will start chasing you....
Similarly, if you run after the world (wordly things like money), then it will start running away from you, and if you start running away from wordly things, they will start to chase you...
so it all depends on you, and you decide whether u wanna chase or run away!!!!
(oh yeah, dont forget that time is only an illusion that makes us pant....)

A poet said it best:
"Time goes" - you say
Alas! Time stays.
You go.
