Yes but only once or twice a week at the most. It has a lot of protein so it's good for you but not too much because of the high levels of Mercury.Congrats!

No, mercury. Stay away from it, swordfish, salmon, and pretty much any fish which gets to be large. Normally, as an adult, you probably wouldn't need to worry so much. But unborn children and young ones are very susceptible to the bad effects caused by small amounts of toxins. Don't take the chance.

Chunk light tuna in the can is actually the safest. Albacore, and fresh tuna, are not considered safe at all.

Yes, it's fine just don't over do it. No more then 1-2 cans per week. I don't even 1-2 cans per month lol.

chunk light tuna is best in the tuna category.... I wouldn't eat it every day though.
