getting a phone for mrs sithy.
she likes nokia 7373 and the motorola K1 KRZR.
but which one is better???
not too worried about attachments, mp3 & camera etc, (understand all that), but which is better for connection (o2) and battery life, ease of use etc.

Quick specs.....
Motorola K1
2 megapixel camera, expandable memory through Micro SD card, toughened glass outer, improved menu system (this gets rid of the two "OK" buttons which made the interfaces of older Motorola's more difficult to use) I have found that it is sometimes difficult to install MMS and Internet settings, and that the Bluetooth is still poor - it is only discoverable for 60 seconds.
Battery life; 350 hours standby or 400 mins talktime (this is the manufacturers maximum)
Nokia 7373
2 megapixel camera and expandable memory via Micro SD. The menu system looks the same as all Nokias. If you have ever used one before, the interface will be instantly recognisable. So it's really easy to use. The screen is also huge and easy to read.
Battery life is poorer than the Motorola; 250 hours standby or 150 minutes talktime.
One thing about all of the newer Nokias...the phone charger is a smaller pin and I've seen a lot of these break, so be careful.
Both are available on o2.
Personally I would recommend a Nokia, as I've not seen one of these go faulty yet, and I have seen plenty of the K1s come back a bit poorly!!

Why not go on the nokia and motorola websites and compare them?
Who can say which one is better,some like nokia and some like motorola phones.
For ease of use you cant beat a nokia.

The nokia 7373 will last you longer and be a nicer to use phone - it also has a lot of street cred as the KRZR is just too much like the old V3

nokia is easier to use however the new motorola k1 is a new and improved style and has loads of great features. looks good too.

I just switched from the 7373 to the Krzr and I like the KRZR better!! Never really rated Nokia's there not as good as they used to be! Guess it depends when u want from a phone? x

the motorola is alot cooler + nokia is known for being a cheaper brand and not so nice but motorola's better

Nokia is definately alot easier to use. I changed once, and I will never do it again... I go nokia everytime...
