Dollarama! all the way! lol i love that store you can't even tell everything there is a dollar! and they have nice things, not to sound like an advertisement either i personally like the place.

For what? Beauty products? If so, I love Target. They have a lot of different brands and pretty cheap prices. I like it because you can get your common brands - like L'Oreal, Maybelline and Cover Girl - or you can get Target's exclusive line by Sonia Kashuk. I love her brushes - they are amazing! Best thing is, her stuff is much cheaper than similar items in department stores.
Target is my favorite, but I have some friends that really like to go to Meijer. They offer some different products that most other places - like Target or Walmart - don't offer.
If you want to go somewhere that's good quality - and not exactly cheap - I would suggest shopping at lancome.com. I love their lip gloss (Juicy Tubes) because they have different versions of shininess and colors/flavors. The Definicils mascara is the BEST mascara I have ever used. The prices are a little bit more, but if you sign up to become a lancome.com member, you get free shipping and free samples with your order. The last time I ordered, I spent just under $60 on two mascaras and two lip glosses, but I saved $10 on shipping and got over $30 worth of free product. Their stuff is top quality and lasts forever, so I think it is definitely worth the extra money.
If you want to get the best deal, your best bet is to look through the ads that come in your Sunday paper. Check out deals at Target, Walmart, Meijer, K-Mart, Walgreens, CVS and other drugstores. Good luck!

I really like Sephora. There are many types of brand names and is always fun to shop in. I can spend hours in the Sephora store. My favorite product ther is Sephora Sheer Lip Gloss. Comes in great colors and last a very long time. I like the Sweet Carmel. Just the right amount of color. You can Mac and all kinds of brand names there. Have fun shopping.....

Depends if you are talking about clothes or makeup so I will give you both.
Clothes - awesome awesome clothes for no more than 15 bucks each as well as shoes and accesories and jeans hands down www.the15dollarstore.com. For makeup - great quality and one dollar each www.elf.com.

Sephora is reasonably priced and has lovely make up. No matter what skin type you have, ou'll find the best make up at Sephora.
