If you feel your shins, you will notice that there is no fat cushion between skin and bone. This area bruises very easily and heals slowly and I'll bet you are getting minor injuries that don't register with you. You do not mention your age, state of health or medications...all of which caqn cause spontaneous bruising

purchase neosporin that's an antibiotic that enables heal wounds and minimizes scars, plus struggling with infections. whether it does sound like a bruise no longer a scar,in case you touch the section amazing around it and it hurts then it is probable a bruise provide it some days to heal, the crimson colour potential that it is already healing. despite if it is slightly swollen purchase some Epsom salt you will detect it at your community pharmacy (over-the-counter), positioned the salt in heat water and then positioned the damp towel over the section, this would alleviate the swelling and help the bruise heal alot speedier.

Maybe you're a bit anemic- get some more iron into ya. My mom bruise easily when she's iron deficient.
