To keep the shape of your breasts as you become older it's better to sleep with one. Many people suggest sleeping in a sports bra, either that or a bra with no underwire so it is more comfortable for you. This will help them to remain perky and keep their shape.

LOL...this is funny to me. I am very large breasted and I don't sleep with a bra on. Since I was about 15-16 my breasts have been droopy and large, there is no saving them now...When I am 60 they may touch the floor. If I knew any better I would have slept with a bra from 11 years old on...don't know if that would have helped...I have also had two children and that definately plays a role. Good luck with this...

With a bra but no under wire. In France, they sell what are called sleeping bras. If you want a great rack at sixty then start now. Also, many of my friends who have breast augmentation say there plastic surgeon recommended the same thing.

It all depends. if you are a big chested girl it helps to have that support and not squish your boob when turning over in bed or being rolled on by your mate.
But, the only time I've slept with a bra on is after my surgery (breast reduction) and that was to keep the gauze in place because of my incisions.
Other than that I've never worn a bra in bed.

It is way more comfortable to sleep without a bra on.

Without one. That is a myth that you breast will sag from not wearing a bra to bed. Sagging breast is based on genetics not weather you wear a bra or not. Sleeping without a bra is comfortable and safe because it allows your skin to breathe and your lymph nodes won't be irritated or swollen. Just try sleeping in a cami or tank with a built-in support and don't forget to use Vaseline lotion. I' am a 42D and I don't wear a bra to bed and my breasts are perky and firm. Well, besides accidentally falling asleep, I don't think I've ever slept with a bra. I would think it's just more uncomfortable.
Don't know if it's better or worse for ya... sorry.

Without.
But if you decide to wear one, make sure it's not binding because you're body needs to breath and not be restricted tight.

It may be more comfortable to sleep without one, but my mother always told me that if you do, you'll sag more. I don't know if it's true, but that's what she says

Now why do you want to pick on us.
You don't think we can be informative???
Well when I had the opportunity to SEE a bra come off and the ugly red line from the bolder holder straps and the shoulder dents also red from the pressure. U G L Y
I don't care - - saddle your self with 8 more hours of restrictions and subconscious rejection and body shame,,
Go soak in the tub- - pamper yourself with sweet smelling stuff and STRAP ON THE HARNESS for another 23.5
But the HeII I'm just a perv as you pointed out.
