Ok this is coming from a die hard Charger fan. That being said I do think that what those guys did was rude. If they would have celebrated and did their own dance then no one would have had a problem (or at least shouldnt have) but because the were mocking Shawne then I believe thats why everyone was so mad. And to all those people who say it is rude to dance after Shawne sacks their QB, then you need to also mention every other lineman or defensive player that dances after an interception or sack. Why single out Shawne? Just because he does the same dance everytime. Cry me a river. Why not stop at defensive players we should say that when someone does an endzone dance after a TD, they are classless. I mean come on get serious. That is part of the game. BUT you shouldnt mock something someone does as their signature move just to gloat. That is where you lose class. I dont think that the Pats are classless I just think they had a couple of guys who got caught up in the emotion of winning and mad a bad choice. Just like LT got caught up and said stupid stuff after the game.

Also I dont question that you are a good Patriot fan. You dont need to be a jacka** like William B to be a fan. He is one of the fans that everyone hates and gives the good fans a bad rap. Sorry that he is a fan of your team. I think your team is a good team and doesnt deserve the rap they get, However next year the Chargers will win the rematch!! lol.

The patriots are not losing class, Hobbs was excited and started doing the dance, so what, every team in the NFL has players that act stupid and immature at some point during the season the patriots are not above this either however the media blew it way out of perportion and LT made a big deal about at the time b/c he was mad that they had just lost and he lost his cool.

I'm from New England, and people have been asking that question. San Diego was a tough game for us, and the victory dances after the game were a little bit over the top. But loosing class no way, we are a franchise that bases our priorities on football and dignity. The Patriots are not loosing class, but no one is perfect and they prooved it after the San Diego game.

I needed it for a party and it was advertised as being sent first class so thought it'd be with me in about 4 days - but they waited a week before posting it, so it didn't arrive until AFTER the partyDUH what use is that?

U never had any class. Billicheck sucks. Brady sucks. U guys r losing the luck that won u 3 out of 4 Super Bowls. Some of it was still there the past 2 years, but it finally ran out. Learn how 2 spell, and take a good look around the NFL, because the Pats r losing thier luster.

Oh yea, and now that's 3 out of 6 Super Bowls.

Yeah, thats why everybody was getting mad at the Patriots after that. People dont expect the Chargers to play with class, because they have never been that way. The Chargers have always been a "Lights Out" in your face smackdown team. The Patriots have been the golden franchise for this league in the last 6 years, and people were not expecting the Pats to sink that low.

Yeah I think so. The Pats whined about Jason Taylor dominating Brady cause they got some aduio tapes or something. I'm a fan of celebrations like Chad Johnson. He is having fun and it hurt no one. When T.O. imitated Ray Lewis. That was bs. Lewis shouldve laid the smackdown on him! I know Brady has had his clutch moments but what happened in the end of the AFC championship? Where was the clutch then? The Pats front office should stop being selfish and start spending some money on some players.

Yeah even as a NE fan I sat back and thought about the patriots going overboard in the SD game. I mean how would we feel if the game was in NE, we lost, and then the team came out and did the Tom Brady dance...oh wait, that's right. Tom Brady doesn't have a stupid dance because he is a class act. LT whined about the team, but it was really just Ellis Hobbs who went overboard and mimiced Merriman's sack dance. Nevermind the fact that merriman started a Brady sucks chant at a rally before the game and does his dumb dance whenever he gets a sack. That sounds like a lack of class to me.

The chargers wanted us to act like we'd been there before, but NE mindset, is to act and play like they've never been there. I've been to gillette and those players bite their tongues everyday in front of the media, but they are just as proud and confident as any other team out there, but they show respect. if one player goes overboard and goofs up, it doesnt mean NE fans and the rest of the team has lost its class.

It was an emotional win, and all the gestures made by SD players like Merriman rubbed the team-oriented Pats the wrong way and they reacted to it.....

The act of imitating Merriman on their own home turf after a playoff loss is class-less. It wasn't the entire team doing it, so I wouldn't say the patriots have no class, but the players should not have been doing that. Period.
