lib·er·tar·i·an (lĭb'ər-târ'ē-ən) Pronunciation Key
n.
One who advocates maximizing individual rights and minimizing the role of the state.
One who believes in free will.

I myself am a libertarian and here is what I believe...The state is supposed to be as SMALL as possible so as to not interfere with people except as absolutely needed to keep order. Libertarians do not think the state should be involved with most charities and functions as we prefer it be run by the private side since they are much more efficient and effective at such actions.

The entire basis of the USA is what the libertarians desire and want....a government beholden to people who will not try to invade the private lives of people.

The government of the USA is now the furthest thing from what it was supposed to be...they despise freedom and want to crush it...not that I'm bitter or anything

In other words, not one of these Left/ Right jerks who like to take punches at each other. They like Constitutionalists who want the smallest government w/ the most rights and liberties for the people. Probably why Rep. Ron Paul(R) Texas has such high approval ratings. Maybe that's why he deserves a chance at winning this presidency.
