OMG this is the funniest question I have seen today. I don't know why, but it made me LOL - literally. It has been awhile, by the way. But, I just took the plunge and gave you a star for the smile you gave me.

Kayak Girl: You should have ordered room service... coffee and the plunger... then had the hotel pick up the tab since it was their lack of courtesy that lead to needing the room service to begin with! If they refused to take the bill off your tab, then you report them to your state visitor's association, tour destination services, the local news editors, etc. The damage from bad publicity can be tremendous depending on the rating the hotel has in that community. However, if they have a legitimate emergency that they were dealing with then just chalk it up to a bad experience.

in this hotel, you know they have low flow toliets. I call down and they say it will be a few hours. So we need the toliet....right? They say you can come get it...so my hubby makes me get it, since I backed it up. I have to walk through the lobby past everybody, and yes people I knew, a family reunion. Go to the desk, ask for the plunger and carry it back up PAST EVERYONE. People saw me and I said (my husband's name) he backed it up. HA HA Well, I unclogged it and left the plunger in the room. HOW EMBARASSING
