Something along the lines of Victoria's Secret, Arden B, and Bebe. I would like a short mini dress. my B-day is on March 1st the temp should be around 60 degrees.

oh I'm a size 0-2 if that helps and 5'7'' with long legs. Thank you soooo much I just want to have the best outfit. So please no smart behind answers!!!

White House Black Market sells very cute and elegant clothes. Cache also sells cute dresses. It's also good to try those specialty stores where they have one of each dress and they alter it to your needs. The prices there are not as bad as one would think.

Try Zaftique or Igigi, both have really nice looking clothes for larger ladies.
