No I'm not truly happy but accept my situation for what it is.
Things will improve as nothing stays the same for ever : )

Yes I am truly happy, I have a lovely, kind, gentle husband who makes everyday special for me, a lovely dog whom we adore, for the first time in our life no money worries and so much to look forward to, I am so grateful for what I have and never take advantage of it.
