take some bc powder, it always helps me. oh and maybe put the fire out on your skull will help.

If your head ache is relieved spontaneously away from work: it could point to stress being expressed by this pain. Computer screens can contribute to this and even the lighting, indoor air has been shown to many times be worse than outdoor air. There are devices to get rid of the computer glare and an indoor air purifier may help. You need to rule out the causes of your headache. I hope you get better soon.

It could be a combination of things. Stress, the lights, do you look at a computer screen all day? Is there alot of noise?
I used to get tension headaches every time I went to work, it was b/c of the flourescent lights, computer screen, and fatigue.

what kind of work do you do? it could be related to the amount of stress in your life,not enough water,constipation.if this has been going on for a while,best to get a check up from your Dr.asap!

low lighting? astigmatism? staring at the computer too much? you might go get your eyes checked.

Does your computer monitor "flicker"? that can cause some wicked pissa headaches.
