You could file complaints against Verizon and your local cable provider but that probably won't do much good. Because DSL service is so doesn't work further than a couple of miles from a switching office, there probably isn't much Verizon can do to provide service to you. There maybe broadband over fixed point wireless available to you. An antenna is attached to the roof and a modem is attached to the cable from the antenna. There maybe a little more latency than Cable or DSL but it's not as bad as satellite broadband.

because call for for SMS help is so large that it really is a economic felony duty were they to introduce a pricing plan that did not provide textual content messaging. making waiting a series of telephone contracts, promoting them, and easily installation the administration and platforms had to help a particular crew of telephone clientele isn't lower priced. subsequently, the shortcoming of call for and the fee of overheads can make a non-SMS plan uneconomical, no longer least because textual content-messages have an particularly severe fee markup. providing customizable contracts might want to be itself expensive and frustrating to manage also, so telephone agencies pick the better (and larger worthwhile) direction of providing in elementary words the plans that you've discovered so some distance.

High speed internet is unfortunately not available everywhere. You might be able to et ISDN though your phone company, but that isn't very afast.
There may be other options through your phone company (like a T1 line) you you will be paying a ton of cash for that.

In essence, no. However, if enough people request it, or the company fells there is enough request, you can get it.
Keep calling and bugging!
