Try this out:
All baked goods, including bread, keep best in the freezer, wrapped in saran, aluminum foil and stored in a freezer zip lock baggie.

Don't be too rough with it or pull it apart before it's ready to eat, and don't finger it too much picking at it. Be gentle with it and it will stay moist for quite awhile.
