If it bothers you, try to ignore him or her.
Do you get along with this coworker anyways?
There's nothing wrong with being a happy, bubbly coworker, but if that coworker's happy/bubbly interferes with your job, then you should mention it to your boss or his/her boss.
Perhaps you could even ask the coworker politely to tone his/her reparte' down a little.
