Not to my knowledge. The batteries and control system wouldn't handle the current draw.

300 watt motor divided by 24 volts = 12.5 amps.
1000 watt motor divided by 24 volts = 42 amps.
(If your system is only 12 volts, double my amp figures.)

So you can see the load increase is way above where you were. Even the wiring would be undersized.
