I want to know the maximum no of rows that can be inserted in the data grid in VB6

I'm sure it's at least integer range (either positive integers, 32,767, or total integers, 65,535 - not sure which). Either range is a huge amount.

MS Excel
Rows = 65536 (comes from raising 2 to the power of 16)
Cols = IV = 256 (comes from raising 2 to the power of 8)

in Excel it is 65536 rows X 256 columns.

MS Excel limits you to about 32000 rows, not sure about the columns.

I think like 40,000 columns and 50 some rows?

In Visual Basic.NET there are no limits that I am aware of.

Which version of VB are you using?
