That's awesome. If he likes to fish I'm sure he'll love it. And besides, by getting him something other than the usual chocolate, you show tha you know him better and you put some thought into it.

Yes, the pole and bait is much better than chocolate and a card that he'll pretend to read. Toss in a 6 pack and you've given him the perfect Valentines day gifts.

I think thats really sweet & the fact that your asking on here too shows you have put in thought & that you care. Thats really nice, when a girl can at least do that, to me, it's the most important thing. It's not what she gets me, or anything like that, it's the fact that she cares. I think in regards to gifts however, you don't have to go for anything expensive, however a nice piece of jewellery, something personal from you to him is the best thing as he can wear that 24/7 & it's like your with him when your not around kinda thing. I'd love that if a girl did that for me .. though unfortunately, it's never been the case lol He's a lucky guy x

It's a good idea if he likes fishing. Otherwise, you might have been better with the card and chocolates.

If he's fond of catfish, though, it is a grand gift.

If he likes fishing it is a great gift. Flowers die, cards are overrated, and chocolate is fattening!!!
