Ideally....everyone would like to have both in the person they would either date or have a relationship with. But would you go out with someone if you know his or her character and personality is very good and sweet but in most people's eyes they would not consider to be good looking. Be Honest..people!

To me it seems that many "good looking" people have attitude problems. Many of them know that they are "hot" and will not go out with people "below their standards." Well, I hate to tell those people but looks have a tendency to fade. If a person has a good personality then they are much more pleasant to be around. I would much rather be around a person that I know that I can live with on a level that is beyond looks. Looks are not everything.

Honestly, for a while I was after the looks. I got crushes on people depending on their looks, but when they don't have the greatest personality...then....
Now, I have totally fallen for this guy, who I didn't think was that great looking but has the BEST personality ever. NOW, that I know he has a great personality, his looks seem to get better and better. So I think that personality is more important (because you really do want a person with a good personality) and then when they have a good personality, they seem to get good looking on their own to me...
Wow. Really got going on that one....

I would have to say it's definately a personality thing... I am not easy to get to know but once you are in I would have to say that the personality is what would keep you there... I don't care much about looks but if you have a great personality and the looks to go with it well then that's even better... honestly...

For me personality, I'd hate to go out with a guy that would rather be looking in the mirror, than spending quality time with another person. I've matured a lot thru the years.

I don't know too many guys but the ones I do know I met or caught my eye cuz their good looking.But they also have to have character that i like.Example: i see this really hot or cute guy if he acts/thinks like a creep I'm not for him.
If i see this guy i meet who's not very good looking but kind and sweet i like him.I have to have both.Looks to catch my eye personality to maintain the relationship

Personality is the best. And I think humor comes in 2nd. As for looks sure they would be great to have but isn't it more important to like/love what's inside?
