What might be a courts stance on, dui charge, w/ defendant finding they shouldnt Have mixed, age over 50 , hep_c,+ acetaminophen(Arthritis Pain relief over the counter ) W/small amount alcohol/ 4 Beers.?

4 beers over how long a time period. That alone may have been enough to get you the DUI charge. Mixing it with arthritis pain meds only makes it worse. Don't use the 50+ to excuse your lapse of judgment. You will need to take your lumps, like anyone else who drove under the influence. (4 beers isn't really a "small amount alcohol")

Well, if you were legally intoxicated (BAC over .08) then you're guilty. If you were driving while impaired, even if not over .08, then you still might be guilty. If you were doing things like swerving or driving dangerously, it's a closer case, but that would be for a jury to decide (whether you're "under the influence") not necessarily the court.
