Congressman Ron Paul(R) Texas. He originally tried running in 1988 as a Libertarian but lost. So he stuck with being a politician in Texas. He ran as a Rebublican, though his opinions were different than most but still won. He's in a different district now with the highest approval ratings ever. He knows when to say "No" to all the corporate bribing and insentives to make him a wealthy man. He's for the people.
If elected president, it's going to be a lot better for all those with small businesses. He's going to work at abolishing the Federal Reserve(along w/ the IRS) to get rid of the unmandatory tax on income.
He's the only candidate who's anti-war. Though some will see this is as a problem. The only problem we've had in the past is the fact any war we've been apart off was a lie. The Gulf war because of the WMD's, the Iraq war WMD's. Both lies. Vietnam(though not classified a war, 50000 died, which constitutes to me as a war) was brought on by the now declassified document showing how the Gulf of Tonkin was staged(they never fired at our ships). WW2 (President Rosevelt knew about the attack on Pearl Harbor days before. Orders were given out to lower security and turn off the code breaking machines).
That and Ron Paul's a doctor. He might have some good ideas on what to do about medicare for the citizens of the US. That and he's for closed borders.

I do not know that he would be considered the most lucky but I think Newt Gingrich should be our next president. Smart & much political savvy are the two main reasons.
