Bill Belichik
Lack of talent on the roster, other than Brady and some of the defense, and they are still a consistent threat in the playoffs year after year. There is no arguing with that kind of coaching skill if you ask me.
Dungy? Eh, I think Manning is more of the coach on that team that he is actually. Parcells? Nah, he had a talent filled Cowboys team this year and still came up a weak 9-7. I'd like to say Carolina's own John Fox for converting a 1-15 team in 2001...to a 11-5 Super Bowl runner-up in 2003....but he's yet to win the big one...so...I gotta stick with Bill.

Sean Payton. Just look at how he turned the Saints around this season. The Saints were one game away from the superbowl. Off course people are going to say Dungy or Lovie Smith. But look at all the star players the colts and bears have. With the Saints it was a different guy that was the player of the week. On offense you couldnt just focus on one guy because Brees did not have a favorite receiver. But the season started no one expected them to get to the playoffs but they got the first round bye. All this was done with the same players with the exception of Brees and Bush. Even their sub par defense stepped up too. So I have to give it to sean payton.

Dungy. I assume you mean the best coach in the League right now though. To those who want to say Bellichick I have two words for you Cleveland Browns. Yeah look up his record while he was with them. You know before Brady. Before he became a "Genius".

Let's forget about the fact that the Colts won the SuperBowl.
And, go ahead and throw Tony Dungy's record out the window.
When you consider that Dungy treats his players with respect and cares about people and their families... that is something special.
When you consider that Tony Dungy does not use profanity and talks to his players, coaches, media and fans in a calm manner... that is something special.
I have never heard a former player badmouth Tony Dungy... that is something special.
Tony Dungy cares about his family and has many times said that "family comes before football."
Winning isn't everything. But in this case, Tony Dungy is a winner, who also happens to be a good human being, and the best coach in the NFL.

Why has everyone forgotten Bill Belichik's THREE, that's THREE Super Bowl victories? Dungy isn't even in the top 3!!!
Belichik
Holmgren (made the Superbowl with TWO different teams)
Shanahan (model of consistency - two rings)
Dungy is in the same category as Reid and Gruden - the next tier down. I did not mention Gibbs because the game has passed him by.
