lye ( sodiun hydrixide - drain cleaner) & clorox out door ( home depot, & hose end sprayer, or bucket & brush....
don't get it on you, mix lye with iced water!!!

Pressure washing the deck should bring it back to the original color.

have been redoing decks for years...You need to pressure wash it 1st let dry 1-2 days then apply sealer here is a website for the best sealer I have found..

you could give the timber a light sanding, as its pressure treated it wil be treated to the core of the timber
