They won't bring back capital punishment however much we want it because of the Human Rights act. Unfortunately the criminals now have more rights than their victims and families and even get paid more in compensation.
The justice system has tipped the scales in favour or murderers, paedophiles, and the scum of the earth. They should all be given the death penalty that should free up some space in the prisons and sort out the over crowding.
So I AGREE we with you, but we would have to sign lots of petitions, and get all the ministers and the public involved and make a stand for justice and tip the scales back to the victims and their family's as they are the ones who have to endure a lifetime of unimaginable pain and suffering.

Yes Capital Punishment should be Restored . the Filth that take the Life of others have no Claim or Right to Continued Life ,, But the So Called "We Know Best " Army , Never Give a thought to the Victims or the Destruction caused to the Lives of the Victims Loved Ones , whole families = Devastated , facing a Lifetime of Bitterness , Sadness and Mourning. As for the latest Horrendous case of the Monster who has Raped and Murdered a Two Year Old Child I wonder how anyone can Justify allowing such a Vile and Evil - Sub Human Monster to continue Living -It Beggars Belief .......

Every time i see that little Angels face i weep! How will her mother ever deal with this? I have 8 grandchildren and am constantly looking at their photos, i don't know what i would do if anything happened to any of them.
The (so called man) who commited this awful crime should be hanged, or at least let the rest of the family deal with him! If the death sentence ts restored i would be first in line to become a hangman! There is too much suffering in this world without evil people like this adding to it.My heart goes out to the family and all i can say is Your Little Angel Is Now A True Angel and i believe she is now in a better place! I was always in favour of capital punishment and thought even more so with the advent of DNA. BUT I'm not so sure these days with the way our courts are behaving HOWEVER I would support LIFE meaning LIFE, with no release from jail.

I assume you're talking about the latest outrage - Casey's murder. This sort of crime is not going to stop until we take drastic action. Maybe capital punishment but equally important is that life should mean life. Prisons should not be comfortable with TVs and god knows what home comforts. They should not be allowed to have mobile phones so that they can persecute their victims. Why don't we bring hard labour back? That would sort these bastards out. No cigarettes, no drugs, no soft prison warders and, above all, no soft judges.

YES.i totally agree.can anyone tell me why the goverment whinges on about prisons being overcrowded,letting peodofiles walk free,murderers,get on with their life so on...?if an old person[or young] refuses to pay their council tax,they soon make space then.if they hung al the most vile killers and rapists,there would soon be room for the petty criminals to redeem themselves.however,there has to be total proof without doubt that the person is guilty.innocent people shouldnt be hung due to poor evidence.and if this latest news your on about is what i think it is.....then give the @ss hole to me.i'll make sure he gets a death sentence.....in the worst,most horrible way possible.

I take it you mean the uncle who raped and murdered his two year old niece? Yes of course capital punishment should be brought back. If he goes to prison he will probably end up dead in any case as the other prisoners will deal with him in there way. This will be quicker than waiting for a change in the law. What an atrocity!

no, you cant hang people because they have been mentaly effected by a corrupt system that has a legal pedigree of porne
to ruin the minds of the people, if you did you would have to hang the pornograghers as well. sex sin includes manythings that are legal but bad, its grossly evil what has been done, but it will not be long before they make movies about this auful stuff and people will have it as there entertainment.We are becoming more rotten as a nation, this terrable thing will not stop the big money makers who want it that way will it.

Yes because they have no place in society. Where do you put them. If you are happy to let someone like that live in society then you condone the fact that that child had no rights and that sucks.
Get it done quickly, shoot them between the eyes. A life for a life.
If anyone condones capital punishment, I sincerely hope that a close member of your family suffers a horrific death because of some sicko. Then you'll think twice.

I don't know, I don't particularily like the idea of the death penalty because I don't believe anyone has a right to take the life of another human being. But sometimes I have to wonder, if maybe it might not be the only way to deal with certain types of criminals.
