I've done this before & regreted it sooo badly. It became a waste of $, and eventually that stuff goes to the thrift store as a donation if it cant be returned. I havent done it in quite a while, but the last time (1/1/07), it actually worked! I got jeans 1 size down on that day & I fit into them yesterday- 11lbs later. I think I'm truly commited this time and I've found something that 'll actaully stick to. It's nothing big, just low cal and cardio (my problem is low motivation & its hard to keep up the good work). It helped that the jeans were super HOT and costed me $83, & I knew they weren't returnable. What do you think- smart idea or not to buy a size smaller?

I have done this before to no avail. But good job to you. I'm at the point now that I just buy the size I am. I can't wait to wear new clothes.

I have done that before, I also did it with a swim suit. Whatever keeps you more motivated to lose weight!

Never. I'm on a budget and I like to be comfortable. I think if it fits you right you look GOOOOOOD! It's all about your attitude.
