First scratch off as much as you can. Then scrub it with COLD water. Hot water will melt the wax into your shirt. If there is still a stain left when the wax is off, then you can use hot water. Then it can't melt. Another good way is to use dish soap.

the same way you get wax off, by a solvent. However, you might not be completely successful if it is a large stain.
Crayon stain side- put lots of paper towel. turn over. Put a layer of paper towel.
Put warm iron on that side. the excess crayon should absorb the melted wax. Stain will be left.
Use solvent on it. Let it be absorbed by the paper towel.
