I'm capable of getting on the internet on my phone but will be charged! Is there anyway to get ringtones sent to my phone from another site even if I do have to pay? I have a Samsung MM-A880.

Your best bet is to see if your Phone can handle mp3 format ring tones. If this is the case you can probably purchase the software and connection cable for between $30 and $50. Then connect it to your computer and transfer as many as your phone can handle.
