The ice crowns are in the plaza. The ice shirts are at the mountian (where you can sled race at) and the pirate belts are at
Rockhopper's ship the Migrater. Rockhopper's ship is at the beach.

Pins are hidden but this one is at the swimming pool underground.

you can only get them on special ecations for instance i got maracas at the mexican party a santa hat and a santa beard at the christmas festival
