I don't because the massages cost enough as it is. How many people out there get paid $75 an hour??

If they are working for themselves no. If they work for a company and the company is taking a cut then yes. If they are at a spa then yes because they are only getting a small fraction of the money.

Typically, yes. I usually tip around 20%, though sometimes less depending on how good or bad the service is.
