NO WAY can we go back to the days of capital punishment.
but a life sentence should mean life.
and none of the cushy perks that they get in prison these days.

Capital punishment is a deterrent. The liberal West has a lot to answer for. They save the lives of terrorists and murders of little children, whilst allowing the taking of life in the womb for no reason at all. To me it is perverse! They give a lethal injection to end the life of someone who asks for it, yet cry in horror if an American state carries out the death penalty in the same way. Yes I have always supported the death penalty as a last resort.

100% percent i agree with you. Why should us tax payers pay for these sick ba*tards to eat three meals a day, play pool, get degree's etc etc. They took a life the punishment should fit the crime. Do you think if death was the punishment for pedophiles and murders that it would not drop? Oh yes I'm afraid it would. My husband is from a country where if you rape a women you die simple as that and pedophilia rate is zero. These do gooders thinking people can be reformed are living in cloud coo coo land. A child is a precious gift not some sicko play thing. And I'm not talking about sitting on death row for 15 years either, I'm talking your convicted and your sentence is immediate death simple as that.

For this type of pervert nothing is too bad, I would inject the bastard with sulphuric acid and would gladly pay to watch him die in agony, this scum cannot even be considered human but I bet there is some morons who will try and explain what he did, the psychologists and social workers for example. As for the mother what was the stupid ***** doing letting an animal like that near a child.

Well, I will hestiate to suggest bringing capital punishment back, because I was just cited for a yahoo violation for my suggestion of the death penalty for the veterans of foreign wars. However, if you go to Exodus, then it demands the execution of a person that has taken human life. No exceptions in that book. It does not say that it is alright to do it for your country, that it is alright to do it, because you are mentally sick or drunk or on drugs or a pervert. It plainly states that if you take human life, than your life will be taken from you as the proper penalty. However, like I said, I'm guilty of a Yahoo violation for advocating capital punishment, because according to Yahoo, that is a threat of violence or I was advocating violence and I was told to refer to our Community Guidelines.

Sure, there's stuff these Politicians and Powers of Be can do to stop such insanity. Just requiresa bit of carefull planning I reckon. Wot if we forced all these nut jobs to do say 100,000 hours of community service, to be served only supervised by torchlight in the dead of night++during the day they should be confined to an inhumane, tiny, box like little prison cell, with only running water and a toilet installed. I really do believe that if they are going to behave like wild animals on heat then they should be treated like the savage beasts that they are. With no rights whatsoever..............................

I agree with alamahara - dont rely on the news.
When the story was originally released, the child was discovered in her mothers arms covered in blood.
Just because a man is arrested doesnt make him guilty.
And executing people is NOT the answer.
If he did kill the child and the other things we are told - his Hell awaits him in the remainder of this life and for eternity in the next.

Quite agree. I lived in Singapore for a few years and over there you get the cane for stealing etc & the death penalty for murder & drug pedalling. Their crime level is really low and it is a really safe place to live.
Make the punishment a punishment & then people might think twice about commiting the crime.

Most definetely. I am getting sick and tired of all these bloody politically correct do gooders trying to save the human rights of these evil, sadistic bastards. As far as I am concerned, once these animals, (too good for them), have commited these offences they should be excluded from the human race, that means death.

No, crime prevention is more important, capital punishment is locking the stable door after the horse has bolted. Killing him wont change anything that happened. Though prisons should be much tougher.
No human has the right to take another life.
